Instructions: In large bowl, cover soybeans with water and let stand 2 hours; drain. Place soybeans in large kettle and 8 cups water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, partly covered, about 1 1/2 hours or until soybeans are tender; drain. Combine honey, vinegar, salt, basil, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over soybeans. Add chopped green onions and pickle. Chill at least 4 hours before serving, stirring occasionally.
