Instructions: 1. In 12 x 8 inch baking dish stir corn syrup, oil, cumin, salt and garlic until blended. Add flank steak, turning to coat. Let stand at room temperature no longer than 30 minutes or cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
2. Preheat broiler or grill. Broil steak about 6 minutes on each side for rare, or until desired doneness. 3. Slice thinly across grain of meat. Serve with Salsa Glaze. Email this Recipe:
