Instructions: Combine marinade ingredients in noncorrosive bowl, then add the swordfish. Allow to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Remove fish from the marinade, and grill for 4 minutes on each side. The flesh should remain slightly pink at the center. Remove from the grill and arrange on a large serving platter or individual plates. For the Relish: Place all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl, and blend together well. Refrigerate overnight, if possible, to enhance flavor. Top fish with a little of the relish. This recipe yields 4 servings.
