Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lb Venison steak -- or
Tenderloin
Cut into 1" chunks
1/4 cup Wine vinegar
1/4 cup Catsup
1/4 cup Cooking oil
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 x Clove garlic, minced -- or
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Place meat in ziploc plastic bag, cover with marinade. Close bag and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Cut up favorite veggies (I use green, yellow, & red pepper, onion and mushrooms). Alternate veggies and meat, brush vegies with extra marinade and grill!
