Ingredients:

1/2 lb	Flank steak
2 x	Jalapeno peppers,, chopped
1 x	Onion,, chopped
4 x	Garlic cloves,, crushed
2 x	Tomatoes,, chopped
1 sm	Bunch cilantro
2 x	Lemons, peeled,, white pith removed
2 x	Limes, peeled,, white pith removed
	Olive oil

Instructions:

Instructions: Place steak in a nonreactive dish. In a blender puree remaining ingredients until smooth, pour over steak and turn several times to coat with marinade.

Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Yield: about 6 servings
