Instructions: Heres a simple way to marinate meat and fish. Its especially suitable when you are steeping a piece of meat that is an awkward shape such as a leg of lamb or a whole chicken or cubes of meat or fish that need to be turned frequently.
Put all the marinating ingredients into a plastic bag (first checking that theres no hole in it!). Put in the meat or fish and tie it securely with a twisttie. Just turn the bag over every now and then to distribute the flavour evenly. Email this Recipe:
