1 lb Ziti Rigati, uncooked
3 cup packed sun-dried tomatoes, if in oil, drain
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook Ziti Rigati according to package instructions. Put all ingredients

(except pasta) in food processor (with metal blade). Pulse ingredients several times until coarsely chopped by turning processor on and off rapidly. Scrape down the work bowl. Process continuously until pesto is smooth. If pesto seems too thick, pulse in a little warm water. Toss with Ziti Rigati the moment the Rigati has been drained.

Serves 4-6 people.

May use oil drained from sun dried tomatoes as part of olive oil for more flavor.
