Instructions: In a mixing bowl, mix potatoes until smooth, add cream cheese, beat some more. Blend in eggs, flour, parsley, chives, and seasoning. Turn into buttered casserole, spread onions on top . Bake uncovered @ 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. May be compounded ahead of time, refrigerated and then baked. Marsha used onions cut into rings, sauteed in butter instead of the french fries. NOTES
