Instructions: Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture; mix well. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread in 12"x15" pan.
Bake in moderate oven 15 to 20 minutes. Cover top with marshmallows. Return to oven for about 3 minutes or until marshmallows are melted. Spread evenly. Cool and cover with chocolate frosting. Email this Recipe:
