Instructions: Mix all loaf ingredients together and form into 2 loaves. Top each loaf with bacon slices. Bake at 350 degree until done. Drain off grease and top with Creole sauce.

Creole Sauce:
While meat is baking, cook Creole sauce until the pepper and onion are tender.
