1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 x Egg, beaten
1 tbl Prepared mustard
1 tbl Chopped parsley
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Juice from 1/4 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
8 x Saltine crackers, (crushed)
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine egg, mustard, mayonnaise and seasonings. Soak saltines in egg mixture. Add crab meat: try not to break it up. Form into crab cakes. Cook until brown in hot bacon fat.
