Instructions: In a heavy, large pan bring milk, butter and sugar to a boil. Turn down to medium high heat and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow creme and Hershey bars and whisk until well incorporated. Quickly fold in white chocolate chips and pecan halves and turn out immediately onto a well buttered, lipped cookie sheet (11" x 16"). Spread evenly. With a wide spatula spread about 2 ounces of soft butter over the top. While still warm, roll about 1 heaping teaspoon of fudge into a ball. The soft white chocolate chips will make a marbled candy. Place on waxed paper until cool.
