DIVIDE DOUGH IN HALF AND ROLL TO A THICKNESS OF 3/16" ON A FLOURED SURFACE. CUT WITH COOKIE CUTTER TO DESIRED SHAPE. PLACE ON LIGHTLY GREASED COOKIE SHEETS. Recipe makes a very tender dough.
