1 tsp Cummin
6 x Cloves garlic
Salt to taste
1 tsp Ground pepper
1 x 1-inch piece ginger
4 x Cloves
1 x 2-inch piece cinnamon
3 x Black cardamoms, seeds from
Instructions:
Instructions: Grind together all the ingredients (except meat). Add a little water to make a paste. Mix masala with meat and marinate for two hours. Fry the meat in a little oil over a low heat for about 20 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and simmer until meat is tender.
