8 x potatoes peeled/quartered
1/2 lb Swiss chard
1 cup (2 %) evaporated milk
2 tbl olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Barely cover potatoes with water; cook 15-20 minutes until tender; drain.

Meanwhile, steam chard until stems are tender. Mash potatoes; puree chard in blender or food processor; combine potatoes and chard. Add remaining ingredients, stir.

Serves 6.
