Instructions: Cook the dal separately with 2 teacups of water. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of ghee, add the onion and cumin seeds and fry for at least 2 minutes.
Add the cooked dal, boiled vegetables, amchur powder, tomato, turmeric powder, paste and salt and boil for a few minutes. Just before serving, heat the remaining ghee and the chilli powder and pour immediately over the dal mixture. Serve hot. Email this Recipe:
