Instructions: Preheat oven to 340 degrees F (170 C). Grease and flour a 9 inch (23 cm) springform pan. Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cake batter. Pour into prepared pan and bake 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream, strawberry preserves and/or fresh strawberries.
