1/2 cup	Brown sugar
4 cup	Flour
2 cup	Jam
3 tsp	Cinnamon
2 tsp	Nutmeg
15 oz	Raisins
	Figs and dates as desired
2 cup	Sour milk
3/4 cup	Butter
2 tsp	Baking soda
2 tsp	Cloves
3 x	Eggs, lg

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together well except jam. Lastly, gently stir in the 2c jam. Pour into greased and floured 9" round cake pans. Bake in 325 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. If desired, serve caramel icing.
