Instructions: In a large bowl, break matzos into pieces the size of taco chips. In a separate bowl, combine oil, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne and paprika. Pour over the matzo pieces and toss until all pieces are coated. Spread out on an ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt.
Bake until crisp and beginning to brown, about 15 minutes. Stir often to prevent from scorching. Cool before eating. Store in an airtight container. Email this Recipe:
