Instructions: Grease bottom of an 8 x 12 cake pan. Peel and slice 5 large apples of your choice.

Place in pan and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

Batter
3 Eggs
1 Cup Matzoh Meal
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Oil

Mix all of these ingredients well. Pour over apples and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 35 minutes or until browned.
