1 cup	Sugar
1/3 cup	Cocoa
1/8 tsp	Salt
2 tsp	Baking soda
1 cup	Mayonnaise
1 cup	Water -- lukewarm
1 tsp	Vanilla

1 box	powdered sugar
1/4 cup	Butter
1/2 cup	Cocoa
1 tsp	Vanilla
2 tbl	Cream

Instructions:

Instructions: Cake: Sift dry ingredients. Add mayonnaise and water; stir well. Add vanilla. Pour into greased and floured pan (9x13?) and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.

Frosting: Beat ingredients well and spread on cooled cake.
