500 gm mince
1 x onion, grated
1/3 cup uncooked rice
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 x egg
3/4 tsp salt
pepper
Sauce
1 x 440g can tomato soup
1 cup water
1 dsp sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all meatball ingredients, shape into meatballs. Place in casserole. Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover & cook 1 hr @ 180 degrees .
