3 lb	hamburger
1/4 cup	onion, diced
1/2 cup	horseradish
1 tsp	prepared mustard
1/2 cup	catsup
1/2 tsp	salt
1/4 tsp	pepper
2 x	eggs, well beaten

Instructions:

Instructions: Blend thoroughly all ingredients. Shape into loaf. Cover with catsup. Bake in heavy pan with lid at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

8 to 10 servings.
