Instructions: COMBINE GROUND BEEF, SALT, ONION, PEPPER, EGG, BUTTER, SOUP, BREAD CRUMBS, AND FLOUR. FORM INTO A LOAF SHAPE AND PLACE IN A SHALLOW BAKING DISH. 1/3 CUP CATSUP, 2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR AND 2 TEASPOONS MUSTARD.
NOTE: BAKE ON A WIRE RACK COVERED WITH TIN FOIL SO GREASE CAN DRIP AWAY. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 1 HOUR. ADD TOPPING MADE FROM 1/3 CUP CATSUP, 2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR AND 2 TEASPOONS MUSTARD. BAKE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES. Email this Recipe:
