1 x	Egg
1/2 cup	Milk
1 lb	Ground beef
1/2 lb	Hot pork sausage
1/3 cup	Quick cooking oats
1 x	Onion chopped
1/2 tsp	Salt
1/4 tsp	Pepper
1 sm	Bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup	Ketchup
	----------------- GLAZE ----------------
1 can	(lg.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup	Brown sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: Beat egg and milk together, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Place in 9 x 13 inch loaf pan. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove loaf and skim off fat.
