1 lb	Ground beef
1 cup	Bread crumbs
3 tbl	Minced onion
1 tsp	Salt
2/3 cup	Evaporated milk

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Put part of meat in casserole. Place hard-boiled eggs in middle and place the rest of the meat on top. As you slice it you will have a slice of egg with your meat. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
