Instructions: Place beef on broiler rack in shallow pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Brown meat under broiler. Add sp. sq. to beef mixture, toss to blend well. Pour into 2 quart sprayed (Pam etc)

casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered 20 minutes.
