3 lb chuck roast, (3 to 4)
Tenderizer
1 x clove garlic, minced
1 tbl brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbl cooking oil
2 tbl water
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle both sides of meat with tenderizer and stab. Set at room temperature 1 hour, then cut into cubes. Place in a shallow pan and pour sauce over. Marinate at least 3 hours or overnight. Cook on the grill until done, turning often and brush with marinade while cooking.
