Instructions: Cut up meat into bite size pieces. In a medium skillet, cover bottom lightly with oil. Heat oil, start to fry up meat. When cooked about 5 minutes, remove from heat. Drain mushrooms, add to meat. Also add garlic. Place back on stove, cook on LOW about 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Cook potatoes according to directions. Heat gravy according to directions. When meat and mushrooms are done, place potatoes on plate, top with meat/mushrooms, then pour gravy over it. Easy!
*I usually use London broil, or sirloin if on sale. To make it even quicker for you, you can buy stew meat or stir fry strips and cut them up as need be. Email this Recipe:
