Instructions: Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup picante sauce, beef, chips and eggs. Shape mixture firmly into 18 meatballs (1 1/2 inch diameter). Place remaining picante sauce and meatballs in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done, turning meatballs once. Serve in rolls with lettuce and cheese.

Makes 6 sandwiches. (Recipe can be doubled).
