Instructions: In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, rice, egg and black pepper. Shape into 1 inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet or piece of waxed paper; set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine water, tomatoes, onion soup mix, Italian seasoning, thyme and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Carefully drop the meatballs into the boiling stew mixture and gently stir in shell pasta. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and pasta is tender. Makes 4 servings Email this Recipe:
