1/2 lb Ground Porked
1/2 lb Ground Ham, Smoked Cooked
1/4 cup Onion, Chopped 1 Small
1 x Clove Garlic Finely Chopped
1 tsp Cumin Ground
1 tsp Oregano Leaves Dried
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 cup Basic Red Sauce

RP) Ive seen veggie burgers mentioned on tv, but cant find RP) them in the stores. Anybody got a quick, easy and tasty RP) recipe ?

Heres on that we like. They freeze well, so I make a big batch, varying the spicing on my day off. Great for those days when Im in "Dinner is what falls out of the freezer first" mode. You might find morning star farms veggie burgers near the frozen breakfast foods. They have sausage and hamburger imitations.
