Amount	Ingredient
2 pkt	ground-round meat substitute - (12 oz ea)
	(such as Lightlife Gimme Lean Beef)
1 med	onion - (to large) diced or chopped
2 x	garlic cloves crushed
2 tbl	Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl	ketchup
2 tbl	prepared brown mustard
	Salt to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Spread in lightly oiled 9- by 5- by 4-inch loaf pan. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until done, about 45 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite gravy.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
