Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb Ground beef (or 1/2 lb beef, 1/2 lb veal, 1/2 lb pork, all ground)
1 lrg Grated carrot
1 x Onion, chopped finely
1 x Rib celery, chopped finely
3/4 cup Rolled oats
1/2 cup Milk powder
1 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Each salt, pepper, sage, dry mustard
1 pch Allspice
2 cup Beef broth
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine meat, vegetables, rolled oats, milk powder and spices and mix well.

Add 1/2 c broth, mix again, place into 8x3 inch loaf pan. Bake 350F, 30 min. Pour another 1/2 c broth over meatloaf, bake in 350F a further 45 min.

Make gravy with the flour, 1 c reserved broth, and the pan drippings from the meatloaf. This is delicious - moist and flavorful!
