Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 F. Place Carrot-Bread Mix in large bowl; whisk in Cocoa Powder. Prepare batter and bake according to package directions. When cool, cut into 12 slices.
2. Mix 2 drops of Food Coloring into whipped topping (it should be off-white to resemble Mashed Potatoes). Place 1 slice of cake on a serving plate with about 1/4 cup Whipped Topping alongside it. Drizzle with 1 Tbs Caramel Topping and a sprinkling of Poppy Seeds (for pepper). Email this Recipe:
