Ingredients:

1/2 cup Canned sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup Canned carrots, drained and chopped
1 cup Canned green beans, drained and chopped
3/4 oz Dried bread crumbs, (3 Tablespoons)
2 x Eggs or equivalent in egg substitute
16 oz Ground turkey or beef, (90 % lean)
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1/2 oz Rolled oats, (1/2 cup)
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Catsup
1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine mushrooms, carrots, green beans, bread crumbs and 1 egg. Set aside. In large bowl combine meat, onion, oats, remaining egg. Worcestershire sauce, catsup, pepper and garlic powder. Spread half of meat mixture in bottom of ungreased 9 x 5 loaf pan.

Cover with vegetable mixture, spreading evenly. Spread remaining meat mixture over vegetables. Bake 45-55 minutes. Cool minutes before serving.
