1/2 lb Ground beef
1/4 med Onion, minced
2 slc Dry toast, cubed
3/4 cup Applesauce
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 tbl Catsup
2 tbl Brown sugar
1 tsp Dry mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together thoroughly the ground beef, onions, dry bread cubes, applesauce, and seasonings. Pack into 9x5x3 inch greased loaf pan. Combine catsup, brown sugar, mustard, and horseradish and spoon over top of loaf.

Bake 325F for 1 hour.

Yield: 6
