Instructions: In a large skillet, melt the butter and saute the medallions. Deglaze the skillet with the wine. Stir in the cream and cheese and reduce by half as the cheese melts. Add the salt and black pepper.
Remove the medallions when cooked to choice. Pour the sauce over the meat and sprinkle with more cheese and the parsley. Serve immediately. YIELD: 6 SERVINGS Email this Recipe:
