Amount Ingredient
8 x Venison loin medallions - (3 oz ea)
1/4 cup Olive oil
6 x Garlic cloves split
1 tbl Chopped parsley
1 tbl Chopped rosemary
1 tbl Chopped tarragon
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate medallions for 24 hours, turning several times. Grill medallions to desired doneness. Serve with Apricot/Green Peppercorn Relish.
