Instructions: Slice each roll in half and spread with mustard. Evenly divide pork, ham, cheese and pickles among rolls, making sandwiches.
Coat large skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat. Place sandwiches in skillet. Place slightly smaller skillet over sandwiches and weigh down with 2 large cans. Press down hard on cans to flatten sandwiches. Cook until cheese just begins to melt, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove cans and skillet and turn sandwiches over.
