Amount Ingredient
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine or water
2 x garlic cloves - (to 3) minced
1 tbl chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground coriander
Instructions:
Instructions: Blend all the ingredients. Pour marinade over any fish or brochette. Marinate up to 30 minutes, turning once. Drain marinade. Grill as desired.

Comments: These ingredients capture the French flavors of the Cote dAzur - fresh basil, lemon, white wine and lots of garlic!
