1 pkt (6.6 oz.) sun-dried tomato cous cous
2 can (5 oz.) chunk breast of chicken or ham, drained and flaked
1/2 cup Cubed mozzarella cheese
2 tbl Pitted sliced black olives
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare couscosu according to package directions. Chill. Toss cous cous with remaining ingredients. Serve alone or in hollowed tomato.

Serves 4-6.
