4 cup prepared Knorr Mediterranean Style Minestrone Savory Soupmix
4 oz meatloaf sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare the soup as directed on package (4 cups).

Cut four 1/4-inch slices of meatloaf. Place in the bottom of a bowl. Top each slice with Munster cheese. Pour on the soup. Serve.

TIP - warm the meatloaf by steam by placing a splatter screen on the soup pot.
