Instructions: In a large wok or saute pan, heat oil. Add garlic, and saute 1 to 2 minutes or until barely golden. Add raisins and cook 1 minute. Add spinach and red pepper, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and toss just until spinach is wilted. Stir in rice and feta cheese; cook, stirring, until all ingredients are heated through. Serve immediately.
