Instructions: Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until golden, about 1 minute (be careful not to burn). Remove garlic using slotted spoon and set aside. In- crease heat to high. When oil is very hot, add pepper and onion and stir-fry until slightly softened, about 2 minutes. Mix in broccoli, nuts and raisins and stir-fry until broccoli is heated through, about 1 min- ute. Return garlic to wok with shrimp and stir-fry until heated through.
