Instructions: Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Reduce heat and add white wine and green olives and cook for about a minute. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Place onion mixture along the bottom of a baking dish.
Place fish on top and bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees or until fish is flaky. Serve with a topping of chopped tomatoes and parsley on each swordfish steak. Note: Slimmers -: Substitute any firm fleshed fish for the swordfish. Email this Recipe:
