Ingredients:

675 gm chicken or lamb
4 tbl vegetable oil
1 cup onion puree (qv onion info)
1 tbl tomato purse
1 tbl garam masala
1 tbl fresh coriander
salt
ground spices:
2 tsp coriander
3 tsp garlic powder
1 x tspncuniin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ginger
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare chicken or meat as in Korma recipe then put it in an oven pre heated to 190C/375F/Gas 5. Remove after 15 minutes.

Whilst it is baking make a paste of the spices (qv spice paste)

Then add the onion and tomato puree.

Add to the chicken or meat.

Return to the oven (same heat) and for chicken bake for another 10 minutes for meat for 25 minutes.

Add a little water if it appears to be too dry.

Then stir in the garam masala salt fresh coriander and continue in the oven for another 10 minutes.

This curry is the restaurant standard. Can be reheated or frozen.
