Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat a piece of aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place bottom half of baguette cut-side up on the aluminum foil. Layer colby-jack cheese, spinach, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, and pimiento on baguette; replace top of baguette.

Wrap tightly in the aluminum foil. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is heated through. Cut and serve.
