Instructions: Halve the melon and scoop out the seeds.
Using a vegetable bailer or a small teaspoon scoop the melon flesh into ball shapes and place in a serving dish. Stir together the yogurt syrup chopped ginger and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the melon balls and stir to mix well. Cover the dish and chill in the refrigerator. Garnish each dish with an orange slice. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
