Instructions: Cut a lid off the top of the melon and reserve.
Scoop out the flesh with a melon baller discarding the seeds; alternatively cut into small cubes. Reserve the shell. Sprinkle the melon flesh with a little icing sugar cover and chill until required. Sprinkle the strawberries with the liqueur lemon juice and icing sugar to taste cover and chill until required. Just before serving mix the melon and strawberries together pile into the melon shell and cover with the lid. Serve on a bed of crushed ice decorated with flowers and mint if liked.
